Healthcare reform, formally known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, will impose heavy penalties and disruptive anti-discrimination rules on many staffing firms and their clients.  Yet there are ways to avoid or minimize these burdens, to boost your competitive position, and to turn clients’ burdens under the Act into revenue opportunities.  Learn how to prepare now to benefit from these strategies when the penalties and rules kick in.

Topics covered in this
information-packed session include:

-  What the law requires

-  How much the penalties and other rules will cost

-  How the developing regulations will affect your business

- Opportunities under the law to avoid penalties, gain market advantage, and penetrate new markets

- Question and Answer period (not restricted to presentation topic)
