We can’t meet our candidate’s career needs, our client’s hiring needs, or our own financial needs unless we successfully “close” the deals we commit to working.
Closing isn’t something artificial we say or do at the tail-end of the hiring process, it is determined by taking a thorough recruiting assignment, conducting an effective interview of the candidate, listening, and asking qualifying questions at each step in the process.
I plan to share the experience I’ve gained through closing my own deals over the years, and assisting recruiters in closing literally hundreds of theirs.
We will cover ways to address the key pressure points that blow placements apart, as well as how to make them flow together as a natural conclusion to your process. We’ll have fun, too, be there.
